Updating title in web browsers when you get a notification

I would like to see an update in the title of site when you get a message/alert

When i want to see an update I will either check my email or have to actually check the site (I know this isn't too much) but would be great if the web browser updated in real time like your emails do/social media accounts.

Example would be (1), (2), (3) etc when you get an update at the start of the title in the tabs bar.
